2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION STAGES

2.1 Age Requirement: The Contest is open to individual solo singers who are at least 16 years of age at the time of pre-registration. Contestants under the age of 18 must submit written parental or legal guardian consent upon official entry.

2.2 Universal Access: Applications are accepted from singers of any nationality and country worldwide.

2.3 Pre-Registration (Free): Pre-registration is entirely free of charge and serves to reserve a competition slot. The global participant pool is strictly limited to the first 3,000 singers.

2.4 Official Entry Fee: To activate a valid competition entry, pre-registered contestants agree to pay a non-refundable entry fee of €50 (fifty Euros). The secure payment window will be open from January 1, 2027, to March 31, 2027.
