We collect and process the following personal data during the pre-registration and official entry phases:

Audio-Visual Data: Video and audio recordings of your musical performances submitted for the competition.

Financial Data: Payment confirmations (processed strictly during the official entry fee payment phase in 2027).

 

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process your personal data based on the performance of a contract (to manage your registration and evaluate your performance) and your explicit consent (to display your performance video on the official WSC YouTube channel for evaluation and public voting).

 

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Unsuccessful Applicants: Personal data and contact information of contestants who do not advance to the official entry phase will be permanently deleted by December 31, 2027.

Winners and Finalists: Records required for tax, prize distribution, and accounting purposes will be stored securely for 5 years in accordance with financial regulations.
