5. THE LIVE EVENTS & BUDGETARY SAFEGUARDS

5.1 Plan A (Live Theater Event): If the registration cap is achieved, the Top 50 qualified singers will advance to the Live European Semi-Finals held over three (3) days in a professional theater in Budapest, Hungary (exact venue to be announced to qualifiers). The Top 10 finalists will compete on the fourth (4th) day for the Grand Prize.

5.2 Budgetary Safeguard / Plan B (Online Live-Stream): As an independent, non-profit project, the WSC will not take on financial debt. If total global registration falls below the sustainable threshold required to safely rent a theater and cover international logistics, Plan B will be automatically activated:

The Semi-Finals and Finals will be transitioned into a high-quality, live-streamed online event broadcasted to a global audience.

In the event of Plan B activation, all funds originally earmarked for theater rental and physical logistics will be fully reallocated to the prize funds, increasing financial distribution to the top artists.
