4. THE JURY & EVALUATION SYSTEM

4.1 Online Round Evaluation: Valid video entries will be uploaded to the official WSC YouTube channel. The scoring system is balanced between professional expertise and public appeal:

Expert International Jury (50%): A five-member, independent professional jury composed of music experts.

In addition to the jury's vote, the participants also vote for one another during the final, with their votes carrying a weight equal to 50% of the jury's vote.

Public Voting (50%): Calculated transparently via public "Likes" on the official WSC YouTube video upload.

4.2 Evaluation Criteria: The jury evaluates performance based on vocal quality (clarity and tone richness), technical execution, intonation, and original artistic interpretation.
